Our story...

Hi, I’m Briana — founder of Joyous & Free, and the creative heart behind Havengirl. My journey into children’s fashion began when I became a mom. I named my first brand after my babygirl, Haven — a celebration of new beginnings, creativity, and love. 

Every piece is handmade in Bali, a place that has felt like home since I was four years old. I’ve spent decades building lasting relationships with the talented artisans there — many of whom I’ve worked with for over 20 years. Each garment is thoughtfully crafted, hand-beaded, embroidered, and sewn in small batches, with deep care and pride.
